His father was Charles, CEO of Proctor & Gamble in the UK. Charles attended MIT in the late 30's and his roommate was Bernard Vonnegut, older brother of the author Kurt Vonnegut. Bernard Vonnegut invented chemtrails. He could produce a rainstorm in an aquarium by filling the air with metal particulate and charging it with electricity. His brother Kurt wrote of Bernard, up in the skies playing God with the weather, and Kurt was not amused. In honor of Bernard Vonnegut, Charles named his son Bernard. And this local Santa Fe Bernard, who I haven't spoke to in 10 years for a multitude of reasons, laughed at me when I told him to look up at the skies criss-crossed with chemtrails.
