This is insightful. As a Catholic β a cradle Catholic, but an intellectual one β I spent a long time jumping, like Qoheleth, from one pursuit to another in order to find meaning, to βproveβ myself, as it were. That included a lot of intellectual pursuits and attempts to master Catholic theology.

im sure many suffered for their stance but it was no big deal for me, it did cost me my job but i went and got a better one that meant i was out and about during lockdowns. pressure from others? na i dont give a fk what others think, never wore a mask, never got a jab but then ive always been 'different' Β―\_(γ)_/Β― stand by your principles, never waver
I likewise never took the clot shots after doing a lot of research and would never wear a mask except on a few occasions where I needed to access a facility. And in these cases I wore a mask with the following words blazoned across the front of the mask: THIS IS WHAT TYRANNY LOOKS LIKE". Lots of reaction but very few comments.
Excellent idea, in case this happens again. π
