Story time: a month ago I showed a no-coder how to use GitHub Copilot.

Today he showed me one of the most beautiful vibe-coded websites I have seen. No purple colours involved. It looked so cool and creative and at the same time he built something that is useful for him.

He is a domain expert in a non-technical area. I can imagine that the app might not have the perfect backend, but the UX and functionality is exactly what he wants and how he wants it.

You don’t need a project manager, requirements gathering etc. etc. if you have this.

You could literally take his tool and make it production-ready.

Where I am going with it: teach your non-technical employees to build tools like this.
