My workout for the foreseeable future: a kinesiologist’s consult above a crossfit gym near Bastille. This is most def not Do Yoga in Paris territory.
The injury sucks (piriformis syndrome) but the kiné and I are working on a plan to progressively bring back strength, mobility and flexibility. I actually really enjoy the exercises and look forward to adding more challenge to accelerate healing.
By the way the sports medicine doctor who ordered the rehab sessions didn’t put a limit on how many I will need so it’ll be up to the kiné and me to decide. Hopefully I won’t get indoctrinated into the crossfit cult 😜
