It’s time for my fav gentle reset!!

I love doing a gentle reset when I want to return to better sleeping habits and when I'm yearning to recalibrate and to find my centre again.

I love doing it when I come back from my holiday (we’ve just been away for a week to see our daughter graduate). I also find it super useful when I’ve just been sick, feeling out of sorts or after Aunty Flo has come to visit. 😄

I find that it’s the perfect circuit breaker! It works for me every time.

I’m looking forward to starting!

Always Day 0 is all about checking if you’re ready. If your mind and body aren’t ready to shift, just be kind to yourself and wait until you feel ready to start the reset. 💕
