Making soup:
Two onions
Two carrots
Three celery.
A purple topped turnip.
(They didn’t have a rutabaga)
I forgot the parsnip.
(They were out of dill.)
4 chicken breasts
On the bone.
A handful of parsley.
Salt.
Enough water to cover
(About 8 cups)
Into the instant pot.
Cook an hour under pressure, leave all day.
Seperate.
Save the broth. Save the chicken meat.
Cool in the fridge.
Remove the schmaltz from the top.
Matzo balls from the mix your mother in law showed you.
Serve with just the broth like nana.
Or add shredded chicken and vegetables.
