What it feels like to live far away from a place you’ll always call home <3

What used to break my heart has actually expanded it. Enough space to love two places. Two families. Two groups of friends that I can depend on, day or night. It’s like there are two Nadines, one who resides here and one who resides there. And when the plane touches down on either tarmac, I am reunited with her.
