I had a very contained crash out after my 49th birthday last year. Fifty was just such a massive CONCEPT. When a friend asked me if it was scary, I said it was more jarring. And the jarring part was that it got here so quickly. Aging isn’t the thing - the time passing rapidly is the thing.
