When I say parenting choices that make parenting harder, this is actually what I was talking about. No hate to the author, because I don’t think any of this moral. She is making the choice she wants to make for her kid, and that’s fine. She also does a good job of acknowledging that it’s a lot of work, and that’s what she’s choosing and feel right.

But it is a lot of work. So, if you have a hard child, and you’re also choosing to parent this way, you are working very hard.

Personally, I’d rather not.
