I switched my gym to Orange Theory 18 months ago. Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that I finally feel stronger, and I’m able to run without feeling like I’m gonna die.
Change takes time. I’m sure I could’ve reached this point more quickly with increased frequency and intensity, but I honored my body throughout and did it in a way that worked for me.
Posting this today for anyone out there who may be trying to make changes and is wondering why they aren’t seeing results.
Keep going. You’ll get there.
