One of the reasons I love doing pop ups is that I ALWAYS pick up on so many sweet tips from my host. At elbow bread on ludlow at our book event on Saturday, the bakers toasted the Rice Krispies for extra crunch before mixing the recipe . Genius ! They also fried the scallion pancakes in clarified butter. Genius ! And they reduced the tingly beef broth over two days so it felt extra rich and velvety on the palate. Genius !
