My second act is one of a writer.I thought opening a meat manufacturing company in my garage was hard.I’ve got a cookbook coming out and a collection of short stories and some zine contributions along with Substack.After getting some offers to “help” by some publishers.I have decided to self publish.I’ve gotten enough “help” throughout the years.my writing career is for me.I could always judge if I’m on the right path if I’m going away from traffic,against the grain.in a world that is rapidly changing…I am proud to say I make a living with cast iron and fire and a pen and a pad.
