There's a moment in most consulting projects where you get a result and move on.
You don't stop to ask how you got there. You already know the next client is waiting.
I did that for years. And every framework I had stayed locked inside my head, invisible to anyone who might have paid me to teach it.
The recording that turned into a named framework, a product, and a client engagement was not a special call. It was a normal Saturday morning helping a friend.
The only thing that was different was that I captured it.
