I've been sabotaging my own AI newsletter without realizing it.
The whole premise was "create it fast so I can write about creating it fast." Which sounds clever until you notice that rushing = cutting corners = producing something I'm not proud of.
This week I'm trying something different. What if each issue takes 2-3 hours and is genuinely worth reading? Something people actually share, save, screenshot.
If I go in EXPECTING it to take that long, I stop fighting the clock and start focusing on the work.
Speed was never the goal anyway. Quality was.
