Coach Thorpe makes a great point about Siakam giving Haliburton another ballhandler to play alongside. Haliburton currently leads the league with a ridiculous 51.4% assist rate; Trae Young is No. 2 at 44.8%. None of the other teammates who have logged just about any time with Haliburton has an assist rate over 12.3% (see below).
