Thank you for this. I read it twice! What you said about making the hidden curriculum explicit is something to mull over. Thinking about belonging two things resonated for me in particular: 1) that the task is not merely to make individuals think more positively but build institutions that support belonging 2) we shouldn’t individualise a partly structural problem.
