When observing seemingly intractable oppositions, their unity can be observed via a higher level synthesis.

Among the dissident right one sees, for example, “pagans” allied uncomfortably with exoteric-believing Christians. The problem with “paganism” (I don’t like the term as it’s a Christian-derived pejorative basically meaning “country bumpkin”) is that there is no established basis for it in the West and all of it’s rites, rituals and traditions has been lost, not to mention that it lost out in the first place for various reasons. The problem with exoteric Christianity is it’s been totally hollowed out by modernity, especially secularism and liberalism. Those trying to take shelter in Catholicism or Eastern Orthodoxy are going to be disappointed - there is no going back.

The solution is found in the unity of opposites from higher-level synthesis. To me, that solution is found in esoteric Christianity, especially it’s gnostic form, along with the process of subjective Jungian individuation. We are all here on this planet with different perspectives, different impulses, different skills and weaknesses and different life paths. There is something we are all individually here meant to accomplish. It is the blending of our intellect, our feelings (especially our dark unconscious), our intuition and our senses, and subsuming the ego to listen to what we are being told that is the path forward, imo. No one knows what you are meant to accomplish here other than you (if you actually subsume the ego and listen to yourself).

Just as the arrival of Jesus ushered in the Age of Pisces, the age of exoteric Christianity, the Age of Aquarius is going to be the age of individuation, the age of esoteric Christianity.
