Currently there is a rogue organization operating under the protection of the Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Program architecture that is deploying and rapidly expanding this technology on innocent civilians. The technology that they deploy causes the illness known as Havana Syndrome and is also known as a “NeuroStrike” program. These are the same programs referenced in recent DHS hearings where testimony reveals the technology is used to make the victim “appear crazy”.
