Honestly I think 2030 is the year they plan to flip the switch on the neurostrike weapons systems AKA “wetware” that has rapidly been spreading to the entire populace just waiting to be activated with a Directed Energy Weapon. They are taking the next few years to build up AI infrastructure and implement 6G for the system to go live. Currently they don’t have the data centers and GPU power to use this autonomous technology on everyone, that’s why they currently stick to dissidents and anyone who steps out of line.
