This photo was taken in 2013 and shows Carney at the Wilderness Festival in Oxfordshire, England. This event took place at Cornbury Park, the estate of Carney's sister-in-law, Lady Tania Rotherwick.

Carney’s campaign has acknowledged that Maxwell attended the same high school as Lady Rotherwick, who is Diana Fox’s sister.

The Toronto Sun quotes a “source close to Carney”:

“As a child, the woman you reference went to the same high school as Mr. Carney’s wife’s sister. While they have bumped into each other in public settings (including the 11-year-old photos you’ve sent), they are not friends.”

That’s right, folks! There’s nothing to worry about… Mr. Carney’s wife’s sister is not friends with Ghislaine Maxwell!

As for Mark Carney and his wife… well, sure seems like that’s another matter.

Oh yeah, and according to Wikipedia, Diana Fox went to the same high school as her sister. But technically, Carney’s campaign didn’t say that his wife didn’t go to the same school as Maxwell…
