Candidates for my first pair of made-to-measure custom cages. I’m experimenting with having these made using MJF PA12 Nylon. MJF has some real advantages, namely more isotropic (same strength in all directions and less deformation due to local heating from a laser) and a better surface finish. These are both basically the same design—the ring would be added for longer cages (it looks like ~70 mm is cutover).
