It’s pretty apparent that the likes of Microsoft need you to adopt AI. The fact you have not to their satisfaction is now your fault. You did it wrong though they and their partners recommended going big and custom-built AI solutions.

The reality is that there is no urgency to “adopt AI”. Those who did due to FOMO board-pressure, have largely failed in their endeavors and massive investments.

Adopt when you are ready. Don’t feel pressure. Learn from others’ mistakes, which are many and quite terrible.
