Bill C9: The Combating Hate Act comes into effect on July 18th.

They claim it will not criminalize religious teaching and that religion is still protected under the Charter, yet Bill C-9 removed the good faith religious protection from the Criminal Code.

Do you think it’s a coincidence that our government only talks about “religious hatred” toward the Jewish and Muslim communities but not Christians, when over 100 churches have either been vandalized or completely burned to the ground?

Imagine the outrage if the same had happened to over 100 synagogues or mosques…

Even the Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture, Marc Miller referred to certain verses of the bible as being hateful.

This bill is not only a direct attack on free speech, but on the religion this country was built on.
