Struggling with what I call “recovery fatigue.” It’s the longest list imaginable of all the things I “must do” to ensure I “get better” from physical and occupational therapy to breathwork, FND exercises, psychotherapy, masking, booking doctor’s appointments, tracking efficacy of meds, lymphatic and abdominal massage, meditation, food monitoring, etc. The list is so dang long. It’s a lot of pressure that can sometimes make things worse.
I’ve had to remind myself that the road is long either way, so just pick one or two and leave the rest. They’ll still be there when the time is right.
