I remember seeing a blurb on page 6 of the local paper in October, '63 that said Kennedy was considering dropping Johnson from the '64 ticket. Never got much attention, except perhaps from one particular individual. One thing's for sure, Landslide Lyndon was no stranger to nefarious activity.
