I am not sure I agree with the exact timeline and picture you paint, but I think you are right directionally. Additionally, I would highly endorse the 4 skills you outline. Many folks here asked the question "great skills but how do you actually learn these", and I think this is the key question...

This is something I try to explore with my community members. Ultimately, in such a seismic shift, we have to return to first principles to determine how to proceed. For us as individuals, first principles requires deep reflection and an ongoing commitment to an examined life... and then taking good action on top of the clear purpose, values, principles that emerge from the self examination. This is where agency in particular flourishes - on top of that foundation.
