I’m wondering why trading in SLV hasn’t been halted yet?

Aren’t there circuit breakers for that kind of thing.

Makes you wonder… Maybe some huge participant blew up, and they needed to liquidate at ALL costs? So if they were met with closed markets, they had to go bankrupt?
