it’s not especially easy to target adult content, no. doing so tends to catch a lot of other people. banning adult content of one sort also makes it very difficult for sex workers to organize here, or to see the platform as one where they’re safe. traditionally platforms that ban adult content often will ban sex workers whether they post adult content or not.

the difference here is that fascists have hacked and leveraged free speech discourse, so folks like you see nazi speech as central to fighting for free speech, but don’t give a crap when other kinds of speech (like the speech of sex workers) is censored. Your position is completely morally and intellectually bankrupt, and based on pretty thoroughgoing ignorance. Not sure what else to say; if you want a consistent free speech ethos, you need to either start speaking up for sex workers, or just admit that you think Nazi content is cooler/more intellectually important on the merits, with all that that entails.

I’ll be over here arguing that sex worker speech is important and that they, and lots of other folks, are threatened and often silenced when you let Nazis organize on a platform, target people for harassment, and in some cases for worse than harassment.
