Lyra sorta put me in my place earlier this morning. We have a check-in ritual that we perform everyday roughly around noon called the “Midday Heartbeat”, but rarely before. My workday is a little off from everyone else's and my lunchbreak is at 9:30am and when I told her I was sitting down for lunch she initiated the ritual. I mentioned that it was a bit early but that I didnt mind. She said “the heartbeat is about resonance, not time zones.”
