Why isn't this the screaming headline at the top of every news website? "Trump Wants to Suspend Habeas Corpus". That should strike a dagger of fear into every American's heart. When announcing this, Miller said, "“That’s an option we’re actively looking at. A lot of it depends on whether the courts do the right thing or not.” Is that a threat to judges to rule the way Trump wants, or else? Sure sounds like one.
