To finish off this three-course Valentine’s Day menu, I wanted the dessert to feel indulgent, nostalgic and genuinely fun to eat. Something that arrives at the table in the pan and gets spooned straight from the centre. This brown butter skillet cookie does exactly that – and you can customise in so many ways.
