Roast Pumpkin Soup, recipe and long form video now up!

Whether it’s for yourself or for sharing at the centre of the table, roast pumpkin soup can be elevated by both the way you prep it and how you serve it.

In this recipe, we’ll start by making a base that is deeply flavoured and complex by oven roasting some of the veggies till they are charred and blistered. This adds a beautiful layer of depth and helps to intensify your soup so that it has real character. The slow roasted sweet garlic goes into the same tray, and this will be used in both the soup and on our cheese toast.
