Ricotta-Stuffed Shells with ’Nduja Vodka Sauce 😮‍💨🌶️🔥

There are so many ways you can make stuffed shells, but this combination just felt right. A super creamy ricotta, spinach and lemon filling, layered over a spicy vodka sauce made with ’nduja, Calabrian chilli, tomato and cream.

I finished this one extra sauce and lots of parm, then threw it in the oven till melted, bubbling and crispy on top.
