Is it just me, or is the expected posting and noting cadence on Substack getting a bit crazy?

When I first joined last year, the advice was to send out five or more notes a day and post once a week or two. Now, it seems like people are noting on the hour, and many people post multiple times a week. And if you don’t post/note frequently, your engagement gets throttled.

This should not be the expected norm. This isn’t sustainable for most people.
