Instagram chief Adam Mosseri just confirmed that reposting your posts to Stories won’t boost your reach at all.

So all those “share to Stories for more views” tips, pretty much a myth.

And honestly, this isn’t surprising. Mosseri even said most of these “hacks” usually don’t work, and when they do, Instagram shuts them down.
