An amazingly beautiful and busy day. 20 mile bike ride, tomatoes planted in the back vegetable bed and a nice church service. Tomorrow looks like mulching and another bike ride.
Best mental reset I’ve learned:
If your mind is loud — Write.
If your mind is empty — Read.
If your mind is racing — Walk.
If your mind is tired — Sleep.
If your mind is sharp — Build.
Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

As America goes so goes the world. The quickest way to fix Europe is to fix America. I think we see this leftist Marxist movement (Socialisn/Communism, that’s for you Jim) clawing at everything they can grab onto, to stay relevant. This was unbelievably visible at the RFK Jr. senate hearing yesterday. I never felt so strongly that RFK must be seated as Secretary of HHS. James, Even tho I watched the unfolding of abuse and anger and fear directed at Kennedy, the spectacle was needed. He drew these captured, clueless, corrupted "representatives" into the light of day. The mind-washed and shallow thinkers will carry on, while the higher forces of true caring and benevolence persist.
There is below zero decorum. I’m a Massachusetts conservative person. I’m not a Kennedy supporter in general, though I think RFK at this time would be a perfect fit. It’s time to put these people back on their heels, enough is enough. Big Pharma bribery of our government and the media must come to an end.

What our gov't seems to have forgotten is that: they need us, WE DON'T NEED THEM. If we ran them all out of town tomorrow, the only people that would even notice they're gone would be the free shit army in the big cities. The rest of us would just go about our business as usual. This has been proven time and time again every time they have a budget snafu and shut down the non-essential parts of the gov't.
