I mentioned it before, but baptism is the pinpoint of assurance for the Christian. I look at it like Apple Maps (sorry Androids) that allows you to place a pin on the map. Whenever I am tempted to be unsure of my new life in Christ, or tempted to downplay my personal conversion experience because it wasn’t as extraordinary as the next person, I can always search the map of my life to the pin of baptism.
