The app for independent voices

I haven't trained jiu-jitsu for 5 days! This is probably the longest I've gone without training since I started 4 years ago.

A few things I've noticed:

- My appetite has gone down to normal people levels (turns out training 2x a day burns A LOT of calories)

- I seem to have a lot more time in my day

- I miss nerding out about guard types and passes with my friends

- I am very on edge and keep seeing kimura opportunities everywhere

- I MISS IT
