My question assumed that anyone reading your content is drawn through their wisdom, what they hear or read. So, if this is true, what is the point of gathering? A question which deserves some attention in this day and age, I think. That was all. Nothing more. I wondered if you had thought of it, and what your answer is.
David do you mean Lao Tzu? I think auto-correct changed it to Ray. I haven't heard that quote before. Captures the concept of learning/unlearning in a more elegant manner.
Can you say more about what you will try with your food prayer? Just noticing that the food is there/it is good vs telling yourself to be grateful for it?
