Study Finds Republicans Increasingly Choosing Natural Selection Over Preventive Care

Researchers report that conservatives are less likely to trust doctors, seek routine medical care, or take medications for serious chronic conditions such as hypertension, a leading contributor to heart attacks, strokes, and premature death.

The study shows that growing hostility toward medical expertise has become a significant driver of widening health disparities between Republicans and Democrats.
