Anthropic just overtook OpenAI in annualized revenue.

At the end of 2025 Anthropic was at $9 billion. By April 2026 it tripled to $30 billion.

Now it is approaching $45 billion annualized while OpenAI sits at around $25 billion.

Six months ago nobody was saying this out loud.

80 percent of Anthropic's revenue comes from enterprise customers. Quiet, sticky, predictable contracts. While OpenAI was building consumer hype, Anthropic was locking in the businesses.

And they are projecting Q2 revenue of $11 billion with an operating profit of $600 million.

The company is also reportedly raising $50 billion at a $900 billion valuation.

An IPO could come as early as October.
