Anthropic just announced a free paid fellowship for 1,000 early career people.

The program is called Claude Corps.

Fellows will be trained to use Claude, then placed inside US nonprofits for one year to build real AI tools and systems.

No education requirement. You just need to be over 18 and have under two years of full time work experience.

AI training should not only go to big companies. Nonprofits also need people who can actually use these tools in daily work.
