A year ago Dario Amodei warned AI would eliminate more than half of all entry level white collar jobs within five years. Now he is talking about everyone getting more productive.

TCS already said they are heading toward equal numbers of AI agents and human employees. Big law already shifted hiring toward 3 to 6 year associates because entry level training disappeared into AI tools.
