A senior engineer is, essentially, a manager of trade-offs. Perfect solutions do not exist, only informed decisions with acceptable consequences.

My goal with this space is to start sharing those exchanges more rawly. I want less textbook theory and more reality about the decisions we make in our daily work. Sometimes, the best architecture is simply the one that allows us to keep operating under pressure. Understanding that reasoning is what brings real value to the community.
