I am currently learning that the story I have always retained about my childhood stroke (and subsequent disability) was not complete. It’s not surprising considering advances in technology, access to care and my own ability to advocate for myself. I’ll spare you the nitty gritty science/brain stuff (but let me know if you want all that). The most important thing for me is how that story change now affects the way I hold myself and tell that story. I know a wider force/presence is involved.

I had an eye-opening meeting yesterday with AstroKara to explore that wider knowledge. Kara practices Evolutionary Astrology. You should be following her here in Substack. I’ve known her as a friend and practitioner for several years now. she is a deeply caring and thoughtful human with the ability to gently show connection.

(I’ll say it again, you should be following her).

She had a lot of insight into the way things are moving for my energy and for the future, but also the way in which I’ve integrated so much of what was lying outside the original story.

We both agreed that the universe unfolds as we need and have capacity for—so there’s more to come for that story and the way I approach my professional life as an informed designer. And that…there is no rush.

So grateful in so many ways for the wise people around me.
