What people often need most is not a perfectly arranged room, but the reassurance that they are allowed to begin exactly as they are. They need to know that a home can be full of life, noise, responsibility, and imperfection, and still be worthy of care. They need to feel that support is available before everything looks better, not after. Because healing does not begin with perfection; it begins when we remember that our homes do not need to be perfect to hold us well.
