A canonical issue on the election of the Pope that is not been giving great attention and it is serious… there are 135(136 in case cardinal Becciu is allowed finally to vote) but the law clearly establishes that there can only be 120. A law like this cannot be changed during the sede vacante season… the only way out I see is that 15 or more cardinals renounce to their right to vote.
