It is one thing to try and discover who you are as a person, where you stand, where you fit in. It is another to come face to face with reality. As nothing is quite as it seems or appears to be.

Learning to love yourself and appreciate yourself isn’t always as straightforward as you might think. Through life’s challenges to unexpected events taking place in our daily lives.

I personally, have learned and gradually accepted that no one is going to love or like you other than yourself. I have come to terms to not to compare yourself to anyone else as this can be triggering and damaging for numerous reasons.

The thing you thought you knew or had is no longer there. With that, things start to shift and you are still trying to figure where you go from here. Coming face to face with what is staring in front of you (and inside).

At times, there are no words. On other occasions there are no feelings or thoughts. You don’t have to settle for being the ‘best’ or ‘perfect’. For me it sets an unbalanced tone and an unhealthy way of living.

Some things are easier than others depending on how you look at things The fragility of life is a priceless gift. It is hard to navigate your way through what brings purpose or vitality vs. the idea of it.

We all are uniquely made for different and numerous purposes. Being who you are isn’t something to be ashamed or afraid of. We cannot all be the same.

Life is and always be a journey. This may mean things may not turn out the way you would like it to be. At the same time, with a little intuition and incentive there are no limitations of what can be achieved.

The person within is so important more than you could ever imagine. Looking inside your soul, you as a person who you always dreamt and aspire to be. We are individuals that cannot be defined.

Personality reflects name. With that, we are who we are not by choice. We simply don’t choose to be ‘this’ or ‘that’ person. We create and define ourselves in our own special and unique ways.

Embracing and acknowledging who you are is so crucial. Whether you are stating or owning it. It all adds up to one purpose.

Please note, that I am not a trained professional. What I have written is just my own opinion.

I just wanted to share this in the hope it might reach out in a positive way.
