Make money doing the work you believe in

In the name of St. Patrick’s Day yesterday, I celebrated with last weekend's big springtime savoy cabbage pie - halloumi, pine nut oil, lots of grains and herbs. Not claiming it's Irish (sure, I wouldn't dare!), but it felt right to enjoy some cabbage while the rest of London drank Guinness in the streets.
