Measles cases top 1,000 cases for 2026 to date in the United States

From January 1 to February 20, 2026, 1,030 confirmed measles have been reported.

Prior to 2025, the last time the US saw more than 1000 measles cases was in 2019 when 1274 cases were reported for the whole year.
